Shipping and delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 4 business days. This does not include Items that are made on demand or require extended drying time (these types of circumstances and their expected shipping timeframe are noted in an item’s product description).

I can’t guarantee how long your order will take to arrive because once it’s in transit, it’s out of my control. But packages are typically delivered in 2-3 business days to California, 3-5 business days to the rest of the U.S. and 1-4 weeks for international orders.

What if I order multiple items or items with different shipping times?

I ship all items together in one package. If you’d like them to ship separately I’m happy to do so, just email [email protected] or leave a note at checkout.

Why did I have to pay an additional fee on my international order?

All imported goods have to go through your country’s customs department, and may be subject to customs fees. The amount you’re charged is decided by your government, and I have no control over this process.

Will you mark my items as a “gift” or as having a lower value on the customs form so I don’t have to pay customs fees?

Nope, that’s illegal!

Why does my package have a third-party logo on it?

I do my best to reuse packaging supplies whenever I can- it’s good for the planet and reduces shipping costs which is good news for everybody. This means your order may arrive in a branded box, but it’s what’s on the inside that counts right? (Even though I reuse supplies, I still make sure every order is sufficiently protected on its journey to you!)

Can you send my order to someone else as a gift?

Yes, I’m happy to include a handwritten note in the order too. You can include the message and recipient’s address in a note at checkout, or send an email with the info to [email protected] after placing the order.

What if my order hasn’t been delivered?

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please double check to make sure it wasn’t left with someone else, then reach out to the mail carrier and file a claim with them. Unfortunately I am not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, but I will do my best to help in any way I can.
