Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns or cancellations? 

I will gladly accept returns and order cancellations. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. 

If you wish to return an item, please email [email protected] and I will email you a prepaid return label. The buyer will be held responsible if the product is not returned in its original condition. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

I do my best to package everything so that it arrives safely, however if an item arrives damaged please contact me so we can resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we can arrange a refund, replacement item, or return.
